Den of drugs and weapons found in Goulburn house

A MAN and a woman have been charged following a search warrant in Goulburn yesterday (June 15), which revealed a number of illegal weapons and drugs. 

At about 8.30am police from The Hume Local Area Command, with the assistance of PORS and Police Dog Unit, conducted a search warrant at a house where they located and seized a number of items.

The items included prohibited weapons, prohibited drugs, equipment for the self administration of prohibited drugs and prescribed restricted substances.

A 46-year-old male has been issued with a court attendance notice to appear at Goulburn Local Court on July 12 for the alleged offences of possessing two prohibited weapons and possessing prescribed restricted substances.

A 22-year-old female has been issued with a court attendance notice to appear at Goulburn Local Court on August 9 for the alleged offences of possessing prohibited drugs and possessing equipment for the self administration of prohibited drugs.
