A 58-year-old man was arrested at his Isabella Plains home on Thursday following an investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of two children, who were family members between 1998 and 2004.
Earlier this year, police began investigations after being alerted via an online report for historical sexual assault.
He is facing court charged with one count of incest and two counts of acts of indecency with a young person. Police say the investigation is continuing and additional charges may be laid.
There is no statute of limitations for sexual offences in the ACT.
