A 24-year-old man faces the ACT Magistrates Court next month after being arrested at a residence in Ngunnawal and charged with unauthorised possession of at least 15 prohibited firearms.
During a search of the home on Wednesday night, police seized:
- One long arm air rifle;
- Eight gel-blaster pistols;
- Two gel-blaster rifles;
- One gel-blaster sniper rifle;
- One gel-blaster assault rifle;
- One gel-blaster sub-machine gun and;
- One handgun cartridge
Police say gel blasters are prohibited weapons in the ACT.
