Teenage girl filmed in change room

A 25-year-old Italian national has been arrested after entering a Canberra Centre clothing shop at about 11am yesterday and took video footage of a 17-year-old girl in a changing room.

Canberra Centre security staff detained the man until police arrived and seized the man’s mobile phone and laptop.

He was arrested and charged with an act of indecency without consent. He will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning, where bail will be opposed.
