A 41-year-old Theodore man is facing charges of ramming a neighbour’s vehicle and threatening her with a sledgehammer.
The man allegedly rammed his neighbour’s car with his own before exiting his vehicle and verbally abusing her on Monday afternoon.
Police say the man then grabbed a sledgehammer and returned to his neighbour’s property, but was scared off by another man.
He was arrested and charged with possessing an offensive weapon and property damage.
