A 26-year-old NSW man is the third person to be charged in relation to the shooting of a man in North Lyneham in March.
The man was arrested after police in Belconnen spotted a black hatchback being driven erratically and at high speed on Sunday night.
He was charged with failing to stop for police, driving a motor vehicle without consent and drug possession, and subsequently in relation to the March shooting.
