A FLOREY man will face court tomorrow after being caught drink-driving, while his license was disqualified from a previous drink-driving conviction.
Police took the 34-year-old, who was convicted of two counts of drink-driving last month, to Belconnen Police Station after he was breath tested on William Slim Drive in Giralang just before 10pm last night.
He was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.049 – just under the legal limit for a fully licensed driver – but as his license was disqualified at the time, a zero-alcohol limit applied.
He will face the ACT Magistrates Court tomorrow.
