ONLY half an hour after upmarket burger chain Grill’d started giving away free burgers from its new Civic outlet today, a line of customers already stretched out the door and several hundred metres around the corner.
The immense queue seemed to be moving at a reasonable speed but was still growing, when “CityNews” walked past the new store, on the corner of Scott’s Crossing and Bunda Street, at around 11.30am.
The free burger promotion was offered between 11am and 3pm today.
