Hundreds wait it out for iphone5

HUNDREDS of customers lined up for the iphone5 at the Canberra Centre Apple store this morning.

The line from the Apple store, near Boost Juice, reached retail store Country Road just after the doors opened at 8am.

Some customers had been waiting since 1am for the new phone, which has a 10.2-centimetre ”retina” display and is 20 per cent lighter than the iPhone 4S.

The new store had its grand opening last month.
