2CA’s making money for Marymead

RADIO station 2CA is throwing its support behind Marymead next month by holding a 24-hour radiothon asking listeners to make a financial pledge towards the organisation.

Operating since 1967, Marymead has supported vulnerable and disadvantaged children and families in Canberra and across Southern NSW.

As part of the 2CA radiothon, announcers Leighton Archer and Larry Appley will broadcast for 24 hours from midday Saturday, May 12 to midday Sunday, May 13.

Special guests and celebrities from around Canberra, Australia and the world will call in to 2CA to support Leighton and Larry as they attempt to stay on air for 24 hours.

To be part of the 24 hour radiothon for Marymead tune into 1053 2CA, on digital radio or online at 2ca.com.au from midday Saturday, May 12.
