Home raid: woman charged with drug trafficking

A 32-year-old woman from Franklin will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with drug trafficking.

Police searched a Franklin home yesterday and found money, about 30 grams of cannabis, 11 pipes used to smoke ice, 10 pills suspected of being ecstasy (MDMA), about 20 grams of amphetamine (ice) and a revolver with ammunition.

The search was a result of six months of investigation.

The woman was charged with trafficking in a controlled drug, possess drug of dependence, unlawful possession of stolen property and having an unregistered firearm.
