A 28-year-old NSW man will face Court after robbing a Higgins chemist at knifepoint yesterday.
About 11am, the alleged offender entered the Higgins Capital Chemist armed with a large kitchen knife. He threatened staff, demanding drugs from the chemist safe and cash. The staff member complied, with the man fleeing the area in a white sedan with a sum of money and prescription medication.
About 1.45am this morning the alleged offender was located and arrested by ACT Policing Criminal Investigations members. He was transported to the ACT Watch House where he was charged with aggravated robbery. Police will oppose bail.
