The owner of this vehicle parked in the buffer zone design for access for the left and right (not shown) disabled parks. I observed her leave her vehicle and walk to the shops. The car also did not have a disabled sticker.

Caught at Gungahlin Market Place, the other side of the sign matches the front, motorcyclists unable to back out of parking spots or ride out (as per the arrow on the ground).
