The candidate handbook is out for the 2016 ACT election

EVERY person and their dog are expected to take a crack at next year’s ACT election.

The five last-place seats in each electorate are going to be a preference lottery, and Canberra’s outer suburbs are going to be represented as never before.

So it’s fortunate Elections ACT have published a candidates’ handbook.
