The Sumatran tiger needs your help

THE International Tiger Project is launching in Canberra with a fundraising trivia night on November 7.

“You can enjoy a fun night out with seven rounds of questions on various topics,” a spokesperson said.

“There will be games with prizes, a silent auction, a lucky door prize, merchandise, tiger adoptions and raffle.

“Jungle attire is encouraged – there will be a prize for best dressed! There will also be prizes for first, second and wooden spoon teams.

“Tables consist of ten players. If you don’t have enough people for a team, we can add people to your table to make up ten people. Doors open at 6:00pm for 6:45pm start (trivia starts at 7:00pm sharp). Eastlakes Football Club, Griffith.

“Please book prior to 5 November 2015 to make sure you are seated with your friends (and to avoid disappointment – our last two trivia nights both sold out). No tickets are available at door. Bookings can be made online through our sister organisation, The Orangutan Project, at orangutan.org.au.

“All proceeds go to The International Tiger Project. The Sumatran Tiger is critically endangered, with as little as 300 in the wild! Help us save them from extinction.”
