THE Artists Society of Canberra has changed location for this year’s  13th open art competition and show to the Kingston Arts Precinct. “FORWARD & Bach: Martin Luther’s Musical Legacy” is the punning title of The Song Company’s next concert, for which Canberra’s own Toby Cole will join the ensemble to mark the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation by performing three Bach motets, five new Australian settings of Martin Luther’s chorale melodies and recent completions from “The Orgelbüchlein Project”. THE Yarralumla Midwinter Show has been pleasing visitors for more than 35 years with its array of art and craft, food and entertainment by local artists and providers.
