‘Grow house’ man charged

A 25-year-old Franklin man was arrested yesterday, in relation to the discovery of a “grow house” in O’Connor earlier this year.

A Franklin house was searched by police yesterday afternoon – where a quanitity of illicit drugs were found and seized. After the search, the man was arrested and charged with cultivating a commercial quantity of controlled plant in relation to the “grow house” in O’Connor.

The man is expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning.
