Three men rob home, assault woman

THREE men broke into and robbed a Queanbeyan home last night, punching a woman in the face. 

About 10.10pm, the men forced their way into the home on Jordan Place.

Three adults and two young children were at home at the time.

Once inside the property, the men assaulted a woman in her 30s by punching her in the face.

The men ransacked the home and made off with the woman’s handbag.

Police from Monaro Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene.

The woman was taken to Queanbeyan District Hospital for treatment.
