A 15-year boy from Latham has been arrested running away from a car that police say was used in an armed robbery this morning.
Three offenders, one armed with a knife, robbed the 7-11 service station on Chinner Crescent, Melba, at about 5.35am today.
They left the store in a blue Ford Falcon with cash taken from the cash register.
Police found the car a short time later and caught one 15-year-old running away. He was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
Investigations are continuing to identify the remaining two offenders.
