More ACT firefighters to battle bushfires

Share Canberra's trusted news:

FIRE crews from Queanbeyan, Cooma and Yass will help NSW firefighters battling increased fire activity in the Greater Sydney Basin.

Three pumpers, twelve staff and two platform on demand units will support crews who left Canberra last week to battle the fires.

This assistance provided by ACT Fire & Rescue will not have an effect on local operations.
