THREE people, two men and a woman, were apprehended late this morning following an incident in Spence (Friday, October 3).
Around 6am Criminal Investigations detectives attended a unit to execute a search warrant. Entry was refused and negotiations commenced.
Specialist Response Group (SRG) Negotiators attended along with other SRG members.
About 10am, SRG entered the unit and located three people in a bedroom. All three people were taken into custody.
A search warrant is currently being executed on the unit.
Throughout the incident, no residents in the surrounding area were evacuated.
Inquiries are continuing.
UPDATE: Police have located and seized a firearm during the search warrant in Spence.
