Environment Centre offering courses on non-dairy milks

WHATEVER your milk persuasion, the Canberra Environment Centre is holding a “Making non dairy milks” workshop on Saturday May 30 to teach you how to make your own.

Evangeline Lam, of nilbarcodefood.com, will demonstrate how to make dairy free milks using almonds, cashews and coconuts, as well as how to make a cashew nut cream cheese.

Includes all ingredients, and take home samples of each demonstration.

Time: 10am – 12pm
