“CITYNEWS” was intrigued to see two shopping trolleys taking shelter from the freezing overnight weather in Bailey’s Arcade this morning.

A quick circumnavigation of the Legislative Assembly, however, demonstrated that a great many remain in the wild within sight of our seat of Government.
