FEW were expecting the ABC’s Antony Green to call the result of tonight’s election quite so early, but Andrew Barr’s Labor team appear certain to form government following the 2016 election.

Having waged an election on the subject of building light rail the Liberals will have to live with the community’s endorsement of the plan.
