Fatal crash south of Batemans Bay

A MAN has died and a woman has been hospitalised after a crash on the Princes Highway yesterday (April 27) afternoon, 50km south of Batemans Bay.

Just before 4pm emergency services were called to Tarlinjah and found a Holden Commodore and a Mitsubishi Pajero had crashed at the location.

The driver of the Holden, a 56-year-old man, died at the scene and the driver of the Mitsubishi, a 32-year-old woman, was taken to Moruya Hospital where she is being treated for minor injuries and undergoing mandatory testing.

Both drivers were single occupants in the cars.
