Fifth person charged for Waugh’s murder

A TWENTY-three-year-old Kambah man is the fifth person charged in relation to the murder of Eden Waugh. 

Mr Waugh was found with a fatal gunshot wound on Thursday, November, 2016, at about 7.45pm at Windeyer Street in Watson.

The Kambah man will also be charged with aggravated burglary and numerous assaults that occurred at the same location on September 22, 2016.

He will appear in the ACT Magistrate’s Court today (August 23) charged with murder (joint commission) and aggravated robbery.

Detective acting superintendent Matthew Reynolds says this is another step forward in the investigation.

“We are still urging anyone with information relating to the murder of Eden Waugh to come forward and speak to police,” he says.
