Firefighters cut through shed to extinguish fire

Fire at Woden Athletics Park
LATE last night (October 8) firefighters were forced to cut through a shed at Woden Athletics Park to extinguish a fire. 

ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) quickly knocked down the flames at about 11.15pm and remained on site to monitor any flare-ups.

Police are investigating the fire.
