Robbery at Mawson… do you know this man? THE Caltex Woolworths petrol station in Mawson was the scene of an aggravated robbery last night (February 23).
At about 9.20pm, a man demanding money entered the store, gained access to the area behind the counter and stole cash. No one was harmed during the incident.
The man is described as Caucasian, about 180cm (6’) tall, with an average build, short brown hair and brown eyes. His face was partially covered with a piece of clothing.
He was last seen in a white Ford Fiesta.
Police are urging anyone with information to call 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
