NSW Police are investigating following a three-vehicle crash in the Southern Highlands today.
About 12.30pm (February 25), emergency services were called to the Hume Highway at Alpine, following reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
The driver of one vehicle, a man, suffered serious pelvic and leg injuries. A man driving a second vehicle and a female passenger, both believed to be aged in their 20s, suffered serious fractures and abdominal injuries. All three were taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
The driver of a third vehicle, a 37-year-old woman, was treated for shock and taken to Bowral Hospital.
