Late-night servo robbed at knifepoint

THE BP Service Station on Ipswich Street, Fyshwick, was robbed at knifepoint late on Monday night (June 24). 

A 24-year-old man has been charged with aggravated robbery and common assault. 

Police say the alleged offender threatened a staff member with a knife, before leaving on foot with a sum of cash.

Anyone with information should call 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
