BULLET holes were fired through both levels of a Lawson home and two cars were set alight in the driveway overnight.
Police were alerted to the incident in Narrambla Terrace at about 10pm where residents and neighbours had partially extinguished the cars before ACT Fire & Rescue finished the job.
Police found two melted fuel containers under one of the vehicles and identified a number of bullet holes spread across both levels of the home.
They believe a number of people were involved in the incident, with two people seen running away and getting into a dark-coloured four door hatch-style car that was parked near the intersection of Narrambla Terrace and Solong Street shortly prior to police arriving.
Police are urging anyone who saw any suspicious activity in Lawson overnight or who may have any CCTV, dash-cam footage or information that could assist police, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously. Quote reference number 6551229.
