Video exposes Civic night club fighter

VIDEO footage has exposed a man who headed butted and punched another man at 88MPH nightclub in Civic on Sunday (February 23) morning. 

Police have since released the footage and are seeking for witnesses who know the offender.

He allegedly assaulted the victim at about 2.10am before leaving the club in the direction of the Melbourne Building in the company of two other men.

The offender is described as being about 180cm (5’11”) tall. He was wearing a grey T-shirt and blue jeans at the time.

Anyone who can identify the alleged offender from the CCTV footage, or who witnessed the assault and who has not yet spoken to police, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website quoting reference number P1816394.
