Missing teen found ‘safe and well’

UPDATE: Police today (December 19) report that 15-year-old Ashley Gardner, who had been missing since December 7, has been found, they say, “safe and well”. 

POLICE are calling for the public’s assistance to help find 15-year-old Ashley Gardner who was went missing last Tuesday (December 7).

Found… Ashley Gardner

Ashley was last seen in the Barton area and his family believes he may now be in the Reid or City areas, likely in the company of others.

Ashley is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with ear-length brown hair, and of slim build.

Police have received very little information regarding his whereabouts, and urge anyone who has seen or heard from him in the past 10 days to contact police as soon as possible.

Anyone who may have any information that could assist police in locating Ashley is urged to contact ACT Policing Operations on 131444.
