THE ACT has reported only one covid case in the 24 hours to 8pm yesterday (December 11). Over the same period, there were no new cases reported in southern NSW, including the Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council area.
ACT Health reports there are four covid patients in ACT hospitals as at 8pm yesterday, two of whom are in intensive care.
Meanwhile, following the advice of the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation recommending a COVID-19 booster vaccination for anyone aged 18 years and older, five months after their second COVID-19 vaccine dose, the ACT government COVID-19 vaccination clinics are taking booster appointments for this updated booster interval.
