Transport routes, supermarkets declared exposure sites

MORE than 10 new transport routes and businesses have been declares casual COVID-19 exposure sites in the past 24 hours, including more supermarkets.

The new casual exposure sites include:

  • Bus Route 23 Transport Canberra Code BUS719, Crace to Kaleen, 6.04am-6.22am, September 2, and 5.15pm-5.23pm, September 3.
  • Bus Route 23 Transport Canberra Code BUS463, Kaleen to Gungahlin Interchange, 6.04am-6.23am, September 3.
  • ANU Research School of Physics and Engineering (Construction Site), Acton, 7am-4pm, September 3.
  • The Reject Shop Gungahlin, 8.30am-3.30pm, September 2, and 8.30am-5pm, September 3.
  • Motion Wellness, Macquarie, 1.52pm-2.30pm, September 3.
  • Bus Route 23 Transport Canberra Code BUS933, Gungahlin Interchange to Kaleen, 3.07pm-3.28pm, September 2. 
  • BidFood Canberra, 5.30am-10am, September 1, and 5.30am-12.30pm, September 2.
  • Beyond Pharmacy Braddon, 4.30pm-5.30pm, September 1.
  • 80/20 Food Braddon, 10.40am-11.30am, August 31.
  • Chemist Warehouse Majura Park, 6pm-7pm, August 30. 
  • Woolworths Majura Park, 6.20pm-7.30pm, August 30.
  • Coles Canberra Centre, 11.25am-12.20pm, August 29.

There were no close contact sites identified in the past 24 hours.

People who have been to casual contact exposure locations during the times listed are expected to, complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form, immediately quarantine and get tested for COVID-19 as advised by ACT Health.

If a person was at the casual contact location less than four days ago, ACT Health says they will need two tests – one test as soon as they find out they are a casual contact and another test on day five after they were at the casual contact location.

People at the casual contact location four or more days ago only need to get one test.
