ACT Government sportsgrounds remain closed for training today (June 1), following recent rainfall and low evaporation rates.
Match play is unaffected and can proceed.
Closures include turf sportsgrounds, but exclude the Melrose and Nicholls synthetic fields, and the Woden athletics track.
The decision has been made in order to minimise damage to turf surfaces, and sportsgrounds will be assessed again tomorrow.
