A woman has been rescued from the Murrumbidgee River at Kambah Pool by helicopter.
Police were alerted to a woman clinging to a log in the river, below the Kambah Pool swimming area, around 10.20am today (September 30).
Rescue teams and the Toll rescue helicopter were dispatched immediately.
It’s not known how the woman came to be in the river.
She is understood to be in good health.
