Inner north block sells for $59.3 million

A TURNER block on Northbourne Avenue has sold at auction today (June 28) for $59.3 million.

The development site was released by the Suburban Land Agency and has the potential for up to 477 residential dwellings.

The block is a total of 16,303 square metres, with a subdivision splitting the site into two portions – Block 3 (north) and Block 4 (south). 

Section 57 Block 4 was auctioned online today and bought by Turner G Pty Ltd ATF Turner G Trust and Fresh Suburb Pty Ltd. 

The block is jointly managed by selling agents JLL and Colliers International.

Located on Canberra’s major entry corridor, the site runs alongside Greenway Street and Forbes Street.
