Don’t say ‘cheese’ on Qantas flights

QANTAS has introduced new rules about taking photos and video on board its aircraft and it could impact your next trip in and out of Canberra.

Revised “conditions of carriage” – which are now in effect – include the requirement to obtain the consent of crew, contractors and other passengers before taking photos or videos.

The conditions of carriage are the “fine print” – attached to every ticket.

The new condition is enforceable under the requirement for passengers to obey lawful crew directions.

Failure to comply could see passengers offloaded or even placed on flight bans. Qantas also operates Jetstar
