A 45-year-old man has been charged over the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl.
Police will allege that the man abused the child at his north Canberra home in November.
He was arrested on Sunday afternoon and charged with two counts of sexual intercourse with person over 10 years but under 16 years, one count of aggravated sexual intercourse with person over 10 years but under 16 years, and one count of act of indecency in the presence of a person under 16 years.
Police say additional charges may be laid.
