A 55-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital in a serious condition after being allegedly struck by a car on Athllon Drive, Wanniassa, on Thursday morning.
The motorcyclist was travelling south on Athllon Drive at about 7.30am when he was allegedly struck by a red Mitsubishi Outlander travelling north, just before the intersection with Sulwood Drive.
Police say several members of the public, including the driver of the Outlander, stopped and rendered assistance to the motorcyclist.
The Major Collision Team is investigating the circumstances of the incident.
