A 33-year-old man from Ngunnawal was caught speeding at 133km/h in a 90km/h zone on Caswell Drive near Aranda.
On Thursday afternoon police clocked a dark grey Kia Stinger sedan travelling 43km/h over the speed limit .
The driver was issued with a $700 fine and four demerit points.
