You’ve missed the point. What’s killing bulk billing is the cost of living and housing crisis. It’s up to the medical practice if they want to bulk bill. You try and run a business with significant overheads (staff, office space etc) where rents are going up, consumables going up and the government pushing for wages growth. Not an environment conducive to taking minimum payments for services. Once again the government dancing around what they should have addressed and putting out something that is actually up to someone else to take the hit for.
