ReplyThere’s apparently another Andrew Barr who works in Berlin; he’s not the ACT CM though. I think your researcher may have stuffed up what was otherwise a good satirical piece.

Through our strips, we have often had the uncanny act of predicting when (and often where) our Chief Minister takes one of his beloved trade missions. The choice of a White Christmas in Europe was pure speculative fiction on our part, and the choice of Germany, in particular, just enabled us to do a gag about the tram delays. There was nothing more to it than that.
Now, having said that, the week is not yet over and… wait… who is that balding man getting in that com car with Anika Wells? It’s summer, but he seems to be wearing winter woollies and holding a wad of euros.
