A 33-year-old man, who was subject to good behaviour obligations, and a 29-year-old woman have been arrested and charged with cultivating multiple cannabis plants and burglary after police searched a Moncrieff home on Friday morning.
On October 18, police were alerted to suspicious behaviour at a different Moncrieff residence over three days and on October 21, the occupant returned home to discover two televisions, various luxury goods and clothing had been stolen.
Police swooped on the arrested couple’s residence and seized suspected stolen goods as well as 14 cannabis plants.
They have both been charged with offences including cultivation of more than four cannabis plants, aggravated burglary and property damage.
