A 22-year-old Conder man is the third person charged in relation to an alleged home invasion and assault at a Turner home last month.
Police say three males broke the unit on MacArthur Avenue and assaulted the male occupant, who needed hospital for his injuries.
A 17-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man were arrested after a short foot pursuit.
On Sunday, police searched a Conder home. The 22-year-old man was found under the house in a crawl-space and after a short negotiation, he surrendered to police.
He was charged with aggravated burglary – intent to commit theft and joint commission recklessly inflict grievous bodily harm.
