A 29-year-old man has been extradited from WA to face incest and other historic child sex offence charges.
Police, who have been investigating the man since 2022, allege that between 2009 and 2019 the man sexually assaulted two girls known to him in the ACT.
On Tuesday, the man was arrested at his home in Swan View, WA, by the AFP Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team.
He was extradited to Canberra on Thursday and faces charges of acts of indecency on a person under 10 years, acts of indecency on a person under 16 years, incest, and assault.
