Motorcyclist injured on city bridge collision

A motorcycle rider was taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition following a collision with a Toyota sedan on Commonwealth Avenue Bridge early on Tuesday afternoon.

The motorcycle rider, a 31-year-old man, was treated at the scene.

Police are investigating the circumstances of the collision, and would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the incident.

Anyone with information or dash-cam footage should call 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
