A 56-year-old man faces the ACT Children’s Court charged with six counts of indecently assaulting his sister in the 1980s.
In May this year police began investigating accusations of sexual assaults allegedly committed by a boy against his sister (pre-1985).
On Saturday, the man was arrested and charged.
He is appearing before the children’s court due to his age when the alleged sexual assaults occurred.
