A 28-year-old man is accused of attacking his partner, strangling her and forcing her to the ground as well as kicking and hitting her several times at a home in Denman Prospect last week.

He has been charged with 12 counts of aggravated common assault and choking, suffocating or strangling another person.

One Response to Man faces strangling charge on partner

Almost every day we read of some immature insecure man who physically attacks his partner. Every day there is at least one other man who attacks a child or another man physically and brutally. And then there are all those other men who sexually abuse others, whether women, kids or men.

This is not just about men attacking women but about men’s violence in general. Most violence is men physically attacking other people. It is time to deal with ALL violence by men. What sort of human being needs to harm other people? An uncivilised one who does not control his behaviour.
